Wholesale Policy
Please contact me for wholesale pricing on
individual items and for my wholesale brochure. My general
terms are below. These terms are for any
displays on my site with the exception of fossils and
minerals. The below terms are subject to change without notice. It is also
possible to negotiate special terms, if required.
Dealers interested in fossils or minerals contact me and I will direct you
to my associate who handles only wholesale orders. On these items I handle
only retail orders.

I offer open account upon approval of credit and receipt of resale certificate. Initial order must be paid with order. | |

I will attempt to tailor the displays to the battle/skirmish areas you are most interested in. This is not always possible if I do not have enough stock inventory from a particular area. On my other displays I can replace my "From the Cy Stapleton Collection" with your credit line at no additional charge. | |

You can order 5 or more "generic" displays and receive a 25% discount from my published prices. The generic displays will contain authentic excavated relics, but I cannot be certain of the areas they were excavated other than they are all from Virginia. These are relics my diggers sent me without labels or for some reason or another they got separated from their labels once I received them. The generic displays are marked "generic". No two are exactly alike but rather they are similar. | |

For customized or personalized orders there is no additional charge, but since everything I do is hand crafted and I build all of my displays on the weekend, I will need a minimum of 14 working days after receipt of an order to ship. Price is dependent upon the items included. | |

Requirements for resale is a minimum initial order of $250.00 net and a faxed copy of your resale certificate. There is no minimum order on subsequent orders. Initial order must be accompanied by payment in full. Except for the "generic" displays noted above, dealer discount is 15% on most items on this site except for fossils and minerals. Contact me first to assure the discount is offered on the particular items you are interested in. On orders of $250 or more there is no shipping charge within the lower 48 states. | |

Upon approval of credit, open account is offered. Terms are 14 days from date of invoice. I also accept PayPal (http://www.paypal.com), MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or company check. PayPal is my preferred method of payment. Dealers with PayPal accounts, email me your order and I will send a PayPal invoice that reflects the discount. |
Want Lists & Wanted to Buy
Want lists are solicited - especially on the autographs and signed items. In addition to the several thousand signed items my German partner and I have in stock, we have contacts all over the world. We also purchase collections of postcard signed photos and other military related signed documents, etc.
With the exception of the reproductions, we do not deal in medals, badgers, ribbons, etc.
