Pontefract was the last Royalist strong to fall to Cromwell's armies in

Cherokee is the only American Indian language with a syllabary devised by
one of its own people - Sequoia. This scarce leaf is from the 1856 Bible
printed using this syllabary. Included on this descriptive background is an
arrowpoint that was chipped in Cherokee County, Oklahoma. The leaf is
mounted using a heavy plastic sleeve and the leaf can be removed to see both
