Newsletters - If your company, church, school, family interest, etc. would like to produce a newsletter, we can help. With over 30 years in special interest newsletter production, we have brought this down to a science. Whether your publication is a family reunion newsletter, church bulletin, school PTO newsletter, commercial shopper, or company newsletter, we can make it a lot easier on you. All we need from you is what you want to go into your newsletter and how many pages you want it to be and when you require it. You send us the photos and content material and we will do the copyrighting, editing, and creation of the newsletter for one flat price of $25 per page.
We will send you a copy for approval, make any changes you wish, and either email the ready-to-print file to you or your local Office Depot, Office Max, Staples, or printer of your choice with your complete instructions.
If your quantity is less than 25 copies, we can print your newsletter for you. Our specialty is getting material ready to print and printing very short runs.

Photo calendars are excellent gifts all-year round, but especially at the end of the year. Our high quality calendars have 13 full-page, full-color; twelve full-page monthly calendar, and a full-page year-at-a-glance calendar. They are coil bound with a hanger hole. The heavy paper stock has a matte finish so it is easy to write on. You Email us at jack@jackalope.us 13 jpegs of horizontal photos for full-page photos, or additional photos if they are vertical or if you wish more than one photo on a page and we will create your calendar and have it in the mail to you within 48 hours after we receive the info from you. The basic calendar is $14.99 for the first one and $13.50 for each additional. If you wish special dates highlighted with either a graphic, text, or both, that is $.50 additional per date (only for the first calendar-no set-up fees for additional calendars. Shipping and tracking is $2.50 per order. You will need to key each of your 13 photos as to where they go. The easiest way is name the Cover photo cover.jpg, Month's photos jan.jpg, feb.jpg, mar.jpg, etc. If you want more than one photo on a page, simply name them something like janleft.jpg, janright.jpg, etc. If you order, say, three calendars and want to change out several of the photos, name the calendars #1, #2, and #3. If 2 and 3 are trading out photos, simply name the new photos that are going in those calendars 2-janl.jpg, 3-marchleft.jpg, 3-marchright.jpg, etc.

Jackalope is a premier provider of commercial printing and bindery services to individuals and small business. Our normal turn-around is one day on most printing jobs and three days on jobs that require bindery services.
If you produce your artwork, you can eMail that to us in a PDF format. If you want us to modify your artwork, you can eMail us us your document in Word (DOC), PageMaker PM5, PM6, or PM7), InDesign (INDD), Microsoft Publisher PUB), Excel (XLS), Text TXT), or Rich Text (RTF) formats. Contact us for other formats.
If you wish us to create your artwork, all you need to do is to eMail us the details and any graphics you wish to include. Upon receipt we will get back to you with any questions we might have.

Experience:
We entered the printing industry in 1959 and owned and operated a highly successful brick and motor printing plant for almost 50 years in Houston, Texas until we moved to Lufkin, Texas in 1979. We operated under the name "The Printer", and "The House of Gutenberg." We sold our printing plant in 1995 and after our non-compete contract expired we established "Jackalope," as an exclusively on-line printing service. Owner, Cy Stapleton, has vast experience in the owner and operator of a small commercial print and copy shop. In addition to owning and operating the printing plant, he was a featured columnist in two national and one regional printing publications, was the publisher of the country's largest circulation regional publication, is a best-selling author, was a consultant to many small to medium sized printing plants for over 30 years, and owned the 15th century print shop and souvenir magazine for two Texas renaissance festivals for over 20 years. Our specialties have always been newsletters and special interest publications.
